Can I bring a plus-one? Your invitation will specify if you have a plus-one.
Are kids welcome? YES! We know so many of our friends and family are growing their beautiful families, and we would be thrilled to celebrate with everyone - little ones included! Please note in the RSVP which events, if any, your children will be attending.
What options are available for getting to and from the venue? We will have a shuttle between Carmel Mission Inn and Bernardus Lodge & Spa on Saturday, October 4. Both valet and self-parking are available at the venue. Please note that rideshare services are available in Carmel Valley, but they become very limited in the evening hours.
What should I wear? We welcome you to wear cocktail attire. Since several events will take place on the lawn, consider wearing footwear that will be comfortable on the grass. While heat lamps will provide warmth throughout the evening, we suggest bringing an extra layer to ensure your comfort as the night unfolds.
What if I have dietary restrictions? Vegetarian and other diets may be accommodated with advanced notice—please note any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
What time should I arrive on Saturday? We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.
Can I take photos during the ceremony? We are honored to have Ben Ingram as our photographer. To allow everyone to be fully present, we ask that you please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. You will have access to Ben’s professional photos afterward to relive every moment.
Can I smoke at the venue? Bernardus Lodge & Spa is a non-smoking property. Under California state law, smoking is prohibited in any and all indoor, as well as outdoor dining or public areas.
