We have reserved a room block at Carmel Mission Inn at a special rate of $329/night plus fees. If booking on the phone (855-235-3915), please state that you are part of the Embury-Mehrens Wedding, October 3-5, 2025. If booking online, please select ‘Group Code’ and enter the following: 2510EMBURY. Unfortunately, you must make a separate reservation if you would like to reserve extra days beyond October 3-5. The deadline to reserve a room using the special rate is September 3, 2025.
Self-parking is available at a rate of $30/night.

Shuttle Service
We will have a shuttle between [insert hotel room block] and Bernardus Lodge & Spa on Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to the designated pick-up location as shuttles will depart exactly as scheduled—late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
